Shandin Hills Behavioral Health Facility
ETC has just broken ground on a 71,700 square foot behavioral health facility. This is a ground-up project in San Bernardino, CA.
Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)
This was a ground-up Tenant Improvement project for a new 18 bed Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). After the work was put on hold for 18 months due to the COVID-19 pandemic, ETC was able to modify the project schedule with the trade contractors to work on the improvements and addition concurrently. The addition abuts the loading dock and is adjacent to the Labor & Delivery department, so close coordination with the facility was essential.
IR Suite
This successful project was the conversion of a 1,890 square foot area to accommodate a Siemens Artis Q single plane IR Room. Interventional radiology (IR) suites are vital in the healthcare environment. They provide minimally invasive alternatives to traditional surgery and can revolutionize the way in which a wide range of conditions are diagnosed and treated.
Cooling Towers & Heat Exchangers
This successful project was the for the replacement of the original building chillers, pumps, cooling towers and automated controls along with updating the existing heating hot water system and domestic hot water heat exchangers with new high-efficiency boilers and an instantaneous hot water heater.
Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU)
This OSHPD-1/HCAi, Design-Bid-Build project involved the transformation of the obstetrics unit into a 9,300 square foot acute rehabilitation unit (ARU), alongside the renovation of various associated spaces. The scope was comprehensive and included structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electric work, which was all intricately tied to the renovation efforts.
Hospital Re-Roofing
This 28,484 square foot hospital re-roof project included rebuilding the perimeter mansard and repairs to the soffit, cutters, and fascia.
Behavioral Health Unit (BHU)
This was a design and construction project for the remodel of the existing exterior and interior entrance at a Health Care Behavior Health facility.
